Shipping & Returns

Shipping is calculated by Australia Post according to package dimensions and weight.

Transit time can range from 1 to 14 business days depending upon your location in Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia at this time. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE EXPERIENCING SHIPPING DELAYS LOCALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY DUE TO COVID19.

Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched by Parcel Post within 3 business days. Under normal circumstances: please allow another 2-5 business days (or 3-6 interstate) for your shipment to arrive. This also depends on lodgement dates and delivery locations.

Local pick-up is available from our studio in Pagwood. Please also allow 3 business days for your item/s to be ready for pickup.

 

Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges will be issued once the item/s is returned in the original condition (not used, opened or damaged). 

If you would like to request an exchange of your item/s please email shaily@kavanahcare.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Subject title “EXCHANGE”. Please provide your order number and proof of purchase along with any other information relevant. 

If you have any issues with the product manufacturing or have received a fault item please contact us via email.
